About

Who Are We?

We are a family run service with fun, adventure, and safety in mind.  We aim to teach our hikers the skills necessary to continue backpacking on their own, long after we part ways.  The skills that you will learn hiking with us will give you the confidence that you need to head out on your own.  We “preach” conservation so that you and other hikers can enjoy the wonders that being “on trail” can offer the human spirit, for years to come.  One of our main focuses when we are on our hikes is the “Leave No Trace” concepts.  Not only do we pack in and pack out what we bring, but we’ll clean up and leave our camps in better shape than we found them.
Our living Earth will be forever grateful.
With over 15 years of combined experience, we got you covered!  All guides are CPR and Basic First Aid certified through the American Heart Association. We have two Nationally Registered EMT’s, with an active duty and retired firefighter (37 years combined fire service experience), as well as a retired Army veteran.  With tons of experience in high risk, high adventure and back-country situations, your time with us will be a safe and memorable one.
